The terms and conditions and policies set out below or referred to herein may be modified at any time and from time to time (the “Site Terms”); the date of the most recent changes or revisions will appear on this page. Any use or access of this web site (the “Site”) by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not use this web site.

This Site is solely for furthering the nonprofit ministry purposes of New Song. No advertisements or promotions of a commercial nature for products or services are permitted on the Site and you agree not to post such content.

New Song is recognized in the United States by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Gifts are deductible for the purposes of federal and state income tax as permitted by law. New Song Security Policy

New Song takes precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our donation form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, social security number, and/or Federal Tax ID), that information is protected by our third party donation manager (iDonate or PayPal) and any payment gateway associated with their services. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
